Since the 1980s, the small village of Collicello has been transformed into a multisensory experience that blends tradition and social gathering for four days each year. Local wine tastings complement every bite, while live performances by major national artists draw crowds of young people. Held by the cultural club La Chenga near the night of San Lorenzo, this festival celebrates dishes featuring wild boar and truffles—two culinary gifts from the Laga woods. The flavors intertwine, narrating stories of hunting, skilled knife work, and slow cooking over the fire.
